I agree with you about the idea of thei internal structure and way of work. Google is a very influential company in their market. For this reason many people want to apply to work in this big company. It’s very hard to get as you have to spend more than six selection processes. Even so, this company receives more than one million applications per year. The company works with more than thirty products. This must be very well controlled by supervisors and workers.
