I think the Tata Group has a great future if it continues to follow the codes it promotes. One issue I would like to point out is the quality. You have mentioned it as one of the challenges but this might be their biggest one. In sub-saharan Africa, Tata has won out other companies and now supplies all of the buses for public transportation and competes aggressively to promote cars in that region.
